July 1, 2004 11:54pm: HAPPY CANADA'S DAY!! first off, all around apologies for going on a blogging strike for the last month w/o warning. the truth be told, i was hard at work on my stupid orgo chem. sorry. i lied. i wasn't hard at work. i procrastinated till the final end - again. and what do i have to show for it? i got about 60% on midterm, and im feeling the same vibe [and even worse] from the final that i took yesterday. to sum it up, this means i did really horribly and i'd probably come out w/ a final mark of 50's... if im lucky that is. i dont know whats wrong. i was just tooooooo lazy. i didnt look at the textbook, i did NO tutorial questions, NO textbook questions, NO review questions - ziltch, nadda, nothin. all i did was look over my lecture notes - oops, lie again. i didn't even finish reading the lecture notes before going into the exam. let alone memorizing the 100+ different reagents, diff solvents and different mechanisms. i gotta shape up soon, else my GPA's gonna experience a horrible negative increase. blah, who am i kidding. i'd probably do it all over again even if i had more time.
newaz, now that im thru w/ chem, im free!! call me, msn, icq - wateva, and you'll see that im as giddy as a child w/ a lolly. =)
May 11, 2004 9:52pm: jenn reminded me of just how long i havn't went online. i guess its cuz ive had a lot of catching up to do after exams. lets see. some updates:
ive been watching naruto nonestop last week, i finished ep 1-81 in a matter of days.
ive also been hooked on fanfics too. hahah, its like free books online.
i did catch some more ep of cowboy beebop, FMA, and watched fruits basket again.
i took sunny to petsmart again on sunday. haha, he's so kawaii!!
oh, i got my hair cut today. it was a fun experience thou cuz a guy (andrew) washed my hair for over 20 min, got a head massage and chatted non-stop about dogs.. hehe, we were both dog lovers! then the hairstylest (paul) cut my hair in a slow and precise manner - he seemed so concentrated on his work - every snip seemed planned. it took him almost an hour just to cut my hair; thou i dont think he took off that much... haha.

sigh. i really do hate computers sometimes - actually, most of the times. do you know why? judging from my recent absence in anything computer related, my computer broke down, again. it would only stay on for about 10 min max ... and then crash. it happened after i (as in my brother! haha) formatted my computer and installed windows xp, my computer kept overheating. first i got a new fan, but that didn't help.... arg its been a while since i went online, mostly msn as i try to get things back on track. how is it that im online now?? tee hee. i got myself a new pentium 4! that's HOW! hahahhaha... im very proud of it, b/c i can finally say that my computer WORKS! what have i been doing w/ it!?! d/l FMA!! that's what! hahah, i just saw the new ep 27 yesterday~! although w/ my record w/ computers in the past is outrageous, i can only hope that this upgraded computer lasts longer than the last.
oh, recently sunny got fixed! hahahahhaha poor him. he was stuck w/ one of those e-collars b/c he kept eating through the stitches, he's much better now thou. he's so annoying thou sometimes, he eats just about ANYTHING! i mean, anything! he ate a hole through the dry wall, he was eating the wooden linings on the wall, i found him eating magnets used to hold down a cover for a vent, he tries to chew on the metal tub, he chews at the rubber lining the tub, he chews at the cement holding down the tiles... IS THERE ANYWAY TO SHUT HIS MOUTH????
my recent new obsession: fruits basket. im actually listening to the opening song for it now... *sigh* its so good! one of these days im gonna hafta ask you ppl how to put music on sites again - i forgot (if possible, ive got to learn how to set up a proper blog thingie too!! hahah)
i often feel out of touch w/ everyone. i just found out today that ... well, lets just say congrats to jenn & ly. I WANNA MEET!! hahahhahahahhaha. come summer i'll probably be more busy w/ my 13hr/week chem schedule. sigh. but if all goes well, im really hopeing to join the student summer exchange program to HK next summer 2005 - anyone else interested??!!! btw, im planning on taking the visual arts courses this coming september! emily, if you're reading this, come join me!!! hope to see some of you ppl soon. the weather's really looking up now, i really want to go outside. oh, did anyone know, that i have a job now? hahah, i work at the same place as cass, although our schedules never coincide - sux.

March 10, 2004 9:12pm: you guys are now looking at ontario's newest G DRIVER! hahahah... yes yes.. that's what all the suspense was all about ~ I PASSED... it was so funny too, cuz the examinar kept making chit-chat all throu/o the exam; and he kept laughing at my answers, apparently my nervousness mixed w/ my stupidity is quite humourous~! althought i completely failed the // parking section, but overall, he said i was a rare find - a good defensive driver... =) i squealed like a little kid when he said i passed, hahah, he got quite a kick out of my entire performance and said that i provided him w/ the laugh that he needed... he was really nice, i was really lucky to get such a nice examinar... !

Jan 1, 2004 3:20pm: HAPPY NEW YEAR! well, my internet's been down for quite a while so im behind on updates. =) Firstly, a new member of my family wishes' to say hello... it's "sunny" my new mini american eskie. we picked him up on dec 21, 2003. i think he's almost 3 months old now, but still very curious and mischievous. some of us went to niagra on dec 23 for alan's bday, and I stayed home on x'mas eve cuz i was really sick, but i did celebrate x'mas w/ family the next day... Had dinner w/ some friends on new years eve at Frankie Tomatto's, i sure do miss my friends a lot... newaz, when i think back, 2003 started off kinda rocky, lots of change and uncertainties, but i guess things turned out alright in the end...i had quite a blast, much better then 2002. i hope the new year brings as much joy as the last. wish everyone a safe holiday (or what's left of it!)
Dec 19, 2003 3:30pm: i went to see andy lau's concert last nite, it was really good, although i sorta zoned out and fell asleep in the middle of it... its really odd though, how im able to fall asleep just about anywhere! even at a loud concert! geez... newaz, i just wanted to wish everyone a merry christmas, and i still have lots of u'z to track down cuz i still have so many x'mas cards to give out!! hhaha... everyone deserves at least a lil kiss for x'mas! =D
Dec 16, 2003 9:12pm: It's FINALLY OVER!!! i finished my last exam today, a grueling 3 hrs of MC and for 60% final... top it off, i only started studying the night before!
Anyways, what i most wanted to say was the christmas came early for me this year! my mom and brother finally came home from HK today, so i came home to a nice surprise - lots and lots of souviners! im actually testing out the new keyboard and optical mouse my brother got me; i have new shoes, pants, clothes, not to mention socks and undies too =) Ive got slippers, PJ's and even chopsticks and toys! hehehe... im so happy right now, what could be better? especially when compared to the horror my last couple of weeks have been - u know what... i never realized that i knew how to make instand noodles in >10 different ways! i was home - alone - w/ no tv, had exams and laundry and my mouth to feed (me cooking - yuck!!) ahhhh... it's all over, no more exams, IM FREE!

okay, the question says that in Jasper national park, there was a program to reintroduce wolf populations. The cougars who originally lived there dropped in numbers after the wolf introduction from 20 to 15. The wolf population stabolized at 60, but w/o the cougars, they could be at 90. Then the wolves get an infection of the olfactory organs and the cougars increase in number. Comment on the cougars and wolves before and after the infection and predict the new cougar numbers.
THEN, the question continues to say that the deer population stabolized at 100 w/ the introduction of the wolves, but after the infection, the numbers increased until 280 (to a max capacity of 320), comment on this too.
I was completely shocked, nothing i learned in the course could have prepared me for this essay question! im SOOOO dead!

July 15, 2003 12:02am: im not really in the best of my moods today. my toe's swollen and bleeding from a sandel i havn't worn since last summer, some granny couldn't drive so her husband kept yelling at me to move my car and drive on a red light, and UTSC registrar topped off my 'shit flavoured ice cream' day w/ rotten wipped cream w/ answers like "duh...i dunno". lesson of the day: always look into the toilet bowl b4 u pee, no matter how sleepy u are - i found something black today before i went to flush, turned out my sock somehow wanted to go on a midnight swim and wasn't expecting me to come back so soon. the worst part of it is, during the times when u most need a comforting word, when u really need an encouraging voice, and when u feel like u really need a helping hand, there's never any. the ppl who make u feel will never let u down are always there to proove u wrong.
